We deliver a full range of accredited first aid, fire safety, mental health and specialist training. Each course is led by serving emergency-services professionals and tailored to the needs of your workplace.
1 day (6 hours)
3 days
First Aid at Work (RQF)
For moderate- to high-risk workplaces. Successful learners can be named as the workplace first aider.
5 days
FREC 3 – First Response Emergency Care (RQF)
Five-day prehospital qualification covering airway, catastrophic bleeding, fractures, medical emergencies and more. Regulated by Qualsafe.
3 hours
Fire Warden Training
For nominated staff responsible for coordinating evacuation and reducing fire risk. Includes live extinguisher session.
Fire Risk Assessment (RRFSO)
Compliant assessment with significant findings and action plan for your premises.
1 hour
CPR & AED for GP Surgeries
On-site session aligned with Resuscitation Council (UK) guidance for GP practices. Many surgeries combine this with Fire Training for a single mandatory-training afternoon.
Level 1: 4+ hours; Level 2: 6+ hours; Level 3: 12+ hours
Mental Health First Aid
Teach staff to spot signs and symptoms of mental-health conditions and provide first-aid support. Level 1 (½ day), Level 2 (1 day), Level 3 (2 days).

Yes where noted — for example FAW (RQF) and Mental Health First Aid. Accreditation ensures consistent content, assessment and recognised certification.
Can training be delivered on-site at our workplace?
Absolutely. On-site delivery reduces travel and allows us to tailor scenarios to your environment. You’ll just need a safe, quiet space and we’ll bring the rest.
How do I book a session?
Send preferred dates and numbers via the course page or contact form and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
How do I know which training course is right for me?
We’ll match your risks and legal duties to the right option, balancing budget, group size and time. A quick call is often enough to shortlist two or three good choices.
What accessibility adjustments can you provide?
We plan adjustments in advance — from room layout to materials and delivery pace. Let us know any requirements so every delegate can take part confidently.
Will we receive certificates and how long do they last?
Yes. Certificates are issued for successful delegates. Validity depends on the course (e.g. FAW usually three years). We’ll remind you about refreshers on request.
