Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)
A 1-day Level 3 course for lower-risk workplaces. Delivered at your premises or in our Cheltenham, Gloucestershire training suite. Open courses run regularly.
Evacuation Chair Training
Two-hour on-site certificated course across Gloucestershire covering safe set-up and use of evacuation chairs, delivered by a serving firefighter (IOSH-qualified trainer).
Fire Risk Assessment (RRFSO)
Compliant fire risk assessment across Gloucestershire with significant findings and an action plan for your premises.
Fire Warden Training
On-site Fire Warden Training across Gloucestershire for nominated staff responsible for evacuation and reducing fire risk. Includes live extinguisher session.
First Aid at Work (RQF)
For moderate to high-risk workplaces across Gloucestershire. Successful learners can be named as the workplace first aider.
FREC 3 – First Response Emergency Care (RQF)
Five-day Qualsafe Level 3 prehospital qualification in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, covering airway, catastrophic bleeding, fractures and medical emergencies.
Mental Health First Aid
Teach staff across Gloucestershire to spot signs and symptoms of mental-health conditions and provide first-aid support. Level 1 (½ day), Level 2 (1 day), Level 3 (2 days).

Absolutely. On-site delivery reduces travel and allows us to tailor scenarios to your environment. You’ll just need a safe, quiet space and we’ll bring the rest.
Do you offer charity/education or multi-course discounts?
Yes. We offer fair pricing for charities and education, and value bundles for multi-course bookings. Tell us your plan and we’ll quote accordingly.
Do you run evening or weekend courses?
We can schedule outside core hours where feasible. Share your preferred times and we’ll propose options.
How do I know which training course is right for me?
We’ll match your risks and legal duties to the right option, balancing budget, group size and time. A quick call is often enough to shortlist two or three good choices.
What accessibility adjustments can you provide?
We plan adjustments in advance — from room layout to materials and delivery pace. Let us know any requirements so every delegate can take part confidently.
Will we receive certificates and how long do they last?
Yes. Certificates are issued for successful delegates. Validity depends on the course (e.g. FAW usually three years). We’ll remind you about refreshers on request.
