These RQF-aligned courses build practical skills to recognise, respond to and signpost mental-health concerns in the workplace. We explore language, stigma and supportive conversations, then develop action plans appropriate to your role and organisation.
Delivery can be accredited or non-accredited and adapted for your sector. Refresher inputs are recommended to keep skills current.
