Welcome to Zone Safety Training. By booking a course, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Course bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once payment or a purchase order has been received.
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is processed.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all details (names, dates, locations) are correct at the time of booking.
3. Payment terms
- Course fees are payable in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified on our invoices.
- For business customers with an account, payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Zone Safety Training reserves the right to withhold certificates or refuse training if payment has not been received.
4. Cancellations and refunds
For individual bookings:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the course will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or non-attendance on the day are non-refundable.
- You may transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) by contacting us in advance.
For group or on-site bookings:
- Cancellation terms will be confirmed during booking.
- Substitute delegates may attend at no extra cost if the original participant cannot attend.
5. Course attendance and certification
- Delegates must attend the full duration of the course to be eligible for assessment and certification.
- Late arrivals may be refused entry to ensure the integrity of the training.
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion and may be withheld until full payment is received.
- Replacement certificates can be issued upon request and may incur a small administration fee.
6. Delegate conduct
All delegates are expected to behave respectfully and safely during training sessions.
Zone Safety Training reserves the right to remove any delegate who behaves in a way that endangers others or disrupts the session.
No refunds will be given in such cases.
7. Course changes or cancellations by us
While we make every effort to deliver courses as scheduled, Zone Safety Training reserves the right to:
- Cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. trainer illness, low attendance, or venue issues).
- Substitute an equivalent course date or refund any fees paid.
We will always give as much notice as possible.
8. Liability
- All training and advice provided are designed to support, not replace, your organisation’s health and safety policies.
- Zone Safety Training will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of training materials or failure to follow safety procedures.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Website use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
- Upload or transmit any harmful or unlawful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We make every effort to keep our website accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
10. Data protection
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data provided during booking or training will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All training materials, documents, and resources provided by Zone Safety Training remain our intellectual property.
They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
